A new 30-piece limited edition combines an 18K rose gold case and integrated bracelet with a deep Milano Blue skeletonised dial and the manufacture PF777 calibre.

Rather than relying on a conventional dial, the watch places the architecture of its automatic manufacture movement at the centre of the design. The Milano Blue skeletonised structure creates a backdrop for the PF777 calibre, while hand-applied rose gold indexes and delta-shaped hands provide clear visual points across the openworked display.

The combination gives the Tonda PF Skeleton a particularly cohesive appearance, with the rose gold case, bracelet and movement details creating a warm contrast against the blue architecture beneath the crystal.

Rose Gold Meets Milano Blue

The new Tonda PF Skeleton is housed in a 40mm case crafted from 18K rose gold. At only 8.5mm thick, the proportions remain remarkably restrained for an automatic skeletonised watch, allowing the piece to retain the elegant profile associated with the Tonda PF collection.

The case combines polished and satin-finished surfaces, while the knurled bezel remains one of the most recognisable elements of the Tonda PF design. Here, the bezel is executed in the same 18K rose gold as the rest of the case, reinforcing the continuity between the different surfaces.

The Milano Blue skeletonised dial provides the strongest contrast. Its sandblasted and satin-finished surfaces create different levels of texture across the openworked architecture, helping the bridges and visible components of the movement remain visually distinct.

Its bridges are satin-finished and hand-bevelled, creating defined edges across the openworked architecture. As light moves across these surfaces, the different finishes reveal the geometry of the movement and reinforce the sense of depth beneath the dial.

The movement is also visible from the rear through the sapphire crystal caseback. A skeletonised 22K rose gold oscillating weight adds another layer of colour and finishing, continuing the relationship between the rose gold exterior and the Milano Blue movement architecture.

With hours and minutes as its only functions, the PF777 leaves the mechanical construction itself as the main focus.

An Integrated Rose Gold Bracelet

The Tonda PF Skeleton Rose Gold Milano Blue is completed by an integrated bracelet crafted entirely from 18K rose gold.
