Based On The New Artelier

The Oris Hölstein Edition 2026 is based on the redesigned Artelier collection introduced earlier this year.

Housed in a 39.5 mm stainless steel case measuring 11.1 mm thick, the watch features the elegant proportions and contemporary design language that define the new Artelier family. Applied hour markers inspired by vintage Oris designs from the 1960s combine with straight-sided hands to create a clean and refined appearance.

The watch is paired with a grey suede leather strap fitted with a butterfly clasp, further enhancing its understated and versatile character.

While the overall design remains faithful to the Artelier collection, several exclusive details distinguish the Hölstein Edition 2026.

The soft grey dial incorporates a mirrored small-seconds display positioned at 6 o’clock. Combined with the contrasting red seconds hand, the reflective surface creates a playful visual effect while encouraging moments of personal reflection.

Turning the watch over reveals another unique feature. The stainless steel caseback showcases the iconic Oris Bear alongside the words “Hölstein Edition 2026,” engraved using a special laser treatment developed in collaboration with Inspire, a Swiss innovation company with links to ETH Zurich.

This advanced process creates an iridescent mirror-like effect that reflects light in a spectrum of rainbow colours, giving the familiar Oris Bear an entirely new visual character.
