The two new TAG Heuer Formula 1 Solargraph models share a coordinated visual language. Both feature a grey opalin dial with an orange and red flange carrying a 60-second and minute scale.

The combination of orange and red creates an immediate visual connection with Zandvoort and the Dutch Grand Prix. The colours are used as functional signals across the dial, bringing contrast and energy without compromising legibility.

The 38mm case offers a compact and balanced presence on the wrist. Its sandblasted steel finish absorbs the light and gives the watch a matte, technical appearance that reflects the atmosphere of motorsport.

The proportions draw on the original TAG Heuer Formula 1 case design, preserving the recognisable silhouette of the collection while adapting it to a smaller contemporary format.

The bidirectional bezel features the iconic daisy motif and is crafted from TH-Polylight. The material contributes lightness and durability while adding a distinct tactile quality to the case.

A flat sapphire crystal with anti-reflective treatment protects the dial. At 3 o’clock, the steel crown is integrated into the case, while the steel screw-down case back supports the watch’s 100-metre water resistance.

A Dial Designed For Readability

The hands follow the design language of the original TAG Heuer Formula 1, including the distinctive hour hand that connects the new models to the collection’s history.

Red lacquered hour and minute hands are filled with eggshell Super-LumiNova® for daytime clarity and green luminescence in darker conditions. A red lacquered central seconds hand completes the display.

The applied indexes use the same eggshell Super-LumiNova® treatment. The TAG Heuer shields positioned at 6, 9 and 12 o’clock reinforce the visual identity of the collection and create a familiar structure across the dial.

The first model features a red date window at 3 o’clock, while the second presents an angled date display. In both versions, the date is integrated into the composition without disrupting the balance of the dial.

Solargraph Technology

Both watches are powered by the TAG Heuer Calibre TH50-00 Solargraph movement. The technology uses both natural and artificial light as a virtually unlimited energy source.

One minute of direct sunlight is enough to power the watch for an entire day. A full charge can be achieved in less than 40 hours of light exposure, delivering up to ten months of autonomy in complete darkness.

Even after stopping, the watch can restart with only ten seconds of light exposure. The movement’s accumulator offers an expected lifespan of up to 15 years, providing long-term reliability without the need for regular battery replacement.

Solargraph technology gives the TAG Heuer Formula 1 collection a modern and practical character while remaining consistent with the brand’s focus on performance, precision and efficiency.

Two Limited Editions

The first edition, reference WBY111H.FT8128, is limited to 1,500 pieces. It is fitted with an orange rubber strap and a steel pin buckle engraved with the TAG Heuer name.

The second model, reference WBY111L.BA0042, is limited to 1,000 pieces. It introduces a sandblasted steel three-row bracelet with a folding clasp, double safety push-buttons and an adjustment link extension.

Both watches are presented in dedicated packaging featuring TAG Heuer Formula 1 Limited Edition wording inside.

The rubber-strap model offers a more direct connection with the racing environment, with its orange colour echoing the atmosphere of the Dutch Grand Prix. The steel-bracelet version provides a more substantial and versatile alternative for everyday wear.

The TAG Heuer Formula 1 Solargraph 38mm limited editions will be available from August 2026, ex La Chaux-de-Fonds.
