Venezianico Redentore Two Harbors: From Venice To New York
Created in collaboration with Worn & Wound, the limited-edition Redentore Two Harbors brings together Venetian identity, New York imagery and mother-of-pearl in a watch inspired by the journeys and friendships that connect two cities.
Some watches tell a story through their complications. Others use materials, imagery and design to evoke a place or a particular moment. The Venezianico Redentore Two Harbors takes the latter approach, bringing Venice and New York together in a limited edition created with the Worn & Wound team. The collaboration grew from years of encounters between Italy and the United States, where conversations about watches and shared ideas developed into a genuine friendship.
Limited to 800 individually numbered pieces and priced at €850, the Redentore Two Harbors celebrates a journey between two cities shaped by water. The Venetian Lagoon, the Atlantic crossing and the distinctive visual character of New York serve as inspiration for a layered dial that combines printing, sculpted metal and mother-of-pearl.

Two Harbors, One Shared Story
The concept behind Two Harbors goes beyond the geographical distance between Venice and New York. It is about what happens between departure and arrival: the places encountered along the way, the discoveries made through travel and the unexpected connections that emerge when people share a common interest.
The imagined route begins in Venice, heads south through the Adriatic and Mediterranean, passes Gibraltar and continues towards the Azores before crossing the Atlantic to New York Harbor. Each stage represents a different point in the journey, turning the route itself into part of the watch’s story.
Water provides the visual thread connecting the two locations. The palette moves from the softer blues associated with the Venetian Lagoon towards deeper Atlantic tones, while warmer shades in the sky suggest the changing light of a long journey and the first appearance of New York on the horizon.

A Dial That Brings Venice And New York Together
The Redentore Two Harbors features a four-level dial construction combining printed imagery, sculpted relief and mother-of-pearl. Rather than presenting the two cities through a single technique, the design gives each a different visual treatment.
New York is represented through a four-colour print inspired by the magazines, photographs and printed imagery that shaped twentieth-century American visual culture. The deliberately visible grain gives the skyline a texture reminiscent of ink on paper rather than the smooth precision of a digital image. The brass base is prepared with primer before the print is applied, while a polished ring frames the recessed opening that receives the mother-of-pearl dial at the centre.
The foreground takes a more sculptural approach. Using a custom 3D model, a dedicated die is created to strike the Statue of Liberty and the surrounding architecture into brass, much like a traditional coin. Each piece is then finished by hand, rhodium-plated and treated with an antique silver finish. Mineral oils deepen the shadows and help reveal the finer details of the relief.
At the centre, mother-of-pearl introduces a natural surface whose appearance changes with the light. Its reflections contrast with the printed skyline and textured metal relief, bringing the different layers together in a composition that feels both graphic and sculptural.
The Journey From Venice To New York
Leaving Venice
The journey begins in the Venetian Lagoon, the home of Venezianico and the first harbour of this crossing. From here, the route heads south through the Adriatic and into the Mediterranean, leaving familiar shores behind and setting its course west.
Venice is more than the starting point on a map. It represents the origins of the brand and provides the geographical and cultural foundation for a watch built around the idea of travel.

Beyond Gibraltar
At Gibraltar, the Mediterranean opens into the Atlantic. Passing between Europe and Africa marks the first real threshold of the journey, where sheltered waters give way to the open ocean and New York begins to feel a little closer.
This transition marks a change in scale: the route leaves the familiar Mediterranean behind and opens onto the vastness of the Atlantic, with the final destination still far beyond the horizon.

Across The Atlantic
The Azores emerge in the middle of the ocean, a final landmark before the long crossing west. From these remote islands, there is little ahead but open water, changing skies and the horizon, carrying the journey towards another continent.
The islands become a point of reference in the vastness of the Atlantic, emphasising the distance still to travel and the sense of anticipation that comes with moving steadily towards a new destination.

New York In Sight
After the long Atlantic crossing, New York finally rises from the water. The skyline appears on the horizon and the Statue of Liberty welcomes the journey into its second harbour, bringing Venice and New York together at last.
The arrival completes the narrative that inspired the watch. The two cities may be separated by an ocean, but the journey between them becomes a symbol of shared ideas, new perspectives and the friendships that can develop through a common passion.

Craftsmanship In Multiple Layers
The construction of the dial is central to the identity of Two Harbors. Its four-level structure brings together the mother-of-pearl element and rhodium-plated bas-reliefs of the Statue of Liberty, while the printed cityscape adds another texture and visual register.
The contrast between the two cities is expressed not only through their imagery, but also through the way each is represented. New York appears through a printed interpretation of its skyline, recalling the printed visual culture of the twentieth century. The Statue of Liberty and surrounding architecture are rendered in relief, creating depth and shadows across the brass surface.
These different techniques give the watch a sense of movement even when it is still. As light changes across the dial, the mother-of-pearl reflects it differently, while the sculpted details create shadows that reveal the contours of the architecture.

The Journey Continues Through The Packaging
The story of Two Harbors extends beyond the watch itself. Its dedicated packaging is conceived as an illustrated map tracing the route from Venice to New York across its different surfaces, revealing landmarks, coastlines and references to the crossing.
As the packaging unfolds, the journey gradually reveals itself, extending the concept beyond the wrist. The box becomes another part of the collaboration’s narrative, reinforcing the idea that a journey is shaped not only by its starting point and destination, but also by the places and experiences encountered in between.

A Collaboration Built On Friendship
For Venezianico and Worn & Wound, Two Harbors celebrates a relationship developed over years of encounters in Italy and the United States. What began with a shared interest in watches grew into a friendship, making this collaboration a natural way to bring their respective perspectives together.
The Redentore Two Harbors translates that connection into a watch that pairs the visual identity of New York with the Venetian setting from which the journey begins. Its layered dial combines print, metal relief and mother-of-pearl, while the illustrated packaging continues the travel theme beyond the wrist.
Limited to 800 numbered pieces, the Venezianico Redentore Two Harbors is priced at €850. More than a watch inspired by two harbours, it is a reminder that the most memorable journeys often leave us with something unexpected: new ideas, different perspectives and connections that continue long after the crossing is over.
