OMEGA Seamaster Diver 300M James Bond And Spectre Collection Brings Both Sides Together
For the first time, OMEGA brings James Bond and Spectre together in a six-watch Seamaster Diver 300M collection built around the same 42 mm platform.
For more than thirty years, OMEGA and James Bond have shared one of the most recognisable partnerships between watchmaking and cinema. From the Seamaster Professional 300M worn by Pierce Brosnan in GoldenEye in 1995 to the numerous watches created for subsequent films and anniversaries, the Seamaster has become inseparable from the identity of 007. Until now, however, that relationship has always been presented from Bond’s side.
With the new OMEGA Seamaster Diver 300M James Bond Spectre Collection, that changes. For the first time, OMEGA places James Bond and Spectre within the same collection, creating six watches that share the same technical foundation while expressing two very different identities. Three carry the symbols of Bond, while three represent Spectre, allowing the collection to explore the contrast between duty and independence, discipline and freedom.
The idea of duality is therefore central to the release. Bond represents duty, discipline and loyalty, while Spectre is associated with independence, self-interest and the freedom to operate outside the same constraints. OMEGA translates that contrast into colour, materials, finishing and, most recognisably, the symbols placed on each movement’s rotor.

Six Seamaster Diver 300M Watches, One Foundation
All six watches are based on the Seamaster Diver 300M No-Date introduced in 2024. The collection is divided into two stainless-steel watches available individually and two limited-edition sets, each containing two watches.
The first pair consists of the James Bond reference 210.30.42.20.03.004 and the Spectre reference 210.30.42.20.01.023. Both use the familiar 42 mm stainless-steel case and are fitted with a brushed steel mesh bracelet. They are special editions rather than numbered limited editions and are available individually.
The remaining four watches belong to the two limited-edition sets. One set is dedicated to James Bond and the other to Spectre, with each limited to just 77 numbered sets. Every set combines a stainless-steel Seamaster Diver 300M with a more elaborate platinum-gold version. Neither watch from these sets is sold separately.
This approach makes the collection particularly interesting because the distinction between Bond and Spectre does not come from a different movement or case architecture. Instead, OMEGA starts with essentially the same watch and uses its visual language to create two opposing interpretations.
The Seamaster Diver 300M James Bond
The James Bond version takes a familiar direction, drawing on the blue colour palette that has become strongly associated with the Seamaster and 007.
Its 42 mm stainless-steel case measures 14.23 mm thick and has a 50 mm lug-to-lug measurement. The characteristic lyre-shaped lugs remain, as do the partial crown guards and the conical helium escape valve positioned at 10 o’clock. A box-shaped sapphire crystal protects the dial, while the sapphire caseback incorporates OMEGA’s Naiad Lock system.

The watch is water-resistant to 300 metres and is presented on a brushed stainless-steel mesh bracelet. The combination of the relatively compact 42 mm diameter and the integrated visual effect of the mesh bracelet keeps the familiar Seamaster proportions intact.
The blue aluminium dial is the most obvious Bond signature. Its surface is laser-engraved with the collection’s wave pattern, while the coat of arms takes the place of the traditional 12 o’clock marker. Rhodium-plated and diamond-polished hour markers are combined with openworked hands, all filled with white Super-LumiNova. The luminous material emits blue light, with the exception of the minute hand, which glows green.
The Grade 5 titanium bezel provides another distinctive detail. Its diving scale is laser-ablated and executed in positive relief against a matte background, giving the bezel a technical appearance while retaining the blue-and-metallic character of the watch.
Turn the watch over and the Bond theme becomes even more obvious. The oscillating weight has been shaped after the iconic gun barrel associated with the opening sequences of the Bond films and finished in rhodium. It is a playful but relatively restrained interpretation of the franchise, keeping the watch recognisably within the Seamaster family rather than turning it into a conventional movie souvenir.

The First OMEGA Spectre Seamaster
The Spectre model takes the same technical foundation in a completely different direction.
Reference 210.30.42.20.01.023 uses a black ceramic bezel and a blackened aluminium dial with a grained surface. Where the Bond watch relies on blue, waves and the gun barrel, the Spectre version is almost entirely monochromatic, creating a darker and more discreet presence.

The bezel carries a 60-minute diving scale in positive relief, while the grained finish of the dial continues the textured appearance. The hands and markers retain the familiar Seamaster design and are filled with white Super-LumiNova.
The most obvious Spectre detail appears on the caseback. Instead of the Bond gun barrel, the rotor takes the form of the organisation’s octopus emblem and is blackened to match the overall aesthetic.
Despite these changes, the Spectre remains fundamentally the same Seamaster Diver 300M. It retains the 42 mm stainless-steel case, 300-metre water resistance, box-shaped sapphire crystal, Naiad Lock caseback and brushed mesh bracelet. The difference is almost entirely one of identity and execution.

The Calibre 8806 Behind Both Sides
Both steel watches are powered by the OMEGA Co-Axial Master Chronometer Calibre 8806, an automatic movement that has become a familiar part of the no-date Seamaster Diver 300M platform.
The movement operates at 25,200 vibrations per hour, or 3.5 Hz, and provides a 55-hour power reserve from a single barrel. Its Co-Axial escapement is combined with a free-sprung balance and silicon balance spring, while resistance to magnetic fields reaches 15,000 gauss.
The Calibre 8806 is certified by both COSC and METAS, giving the two watches the same technical credentials despite their contrasting aesthetics. There is also no date display, preserving the clean dial layout of the 2024 Seamaster Diver 300M No-Date on which the collection is based.
This shared movement is an important part of the collection’s concept. Bond and Spectre may represent opposing sides of the story, but mechanically they remain equals, built around exactly the same modern OMEGA platform.
Two Limited Sets Of 77
The more exclusive side of the collection comes in the form of two limited-edition sets, one for James Bond and one for Spectre.

Each set is limited to 77 numbered examples and contains two Seamaster Diver 300M watches: one stainless-steel model and one platinum-gold model. The stainless-steel watch follows the same basic design as the individually available model, but receives a limited-edition number on a plate positioned at 9 o’clock.

The platinum-gold watches introduce a considerably more elaborate interpretation. Their cases measure the same 42 mm in diameter but are marginally thicker at 14.29 mm. The architecture remains recognisable, including the box-shaped sapphire crystal, conical helium escape valve, Naiad Lock caseback and 300-metre water resistance.
The bezels are made from polished ceramic, with a blue version for James Bond and a black version for Spectre. Their diving scales are executed in platinum, adding a more precious contrast to the ceramic surfaces.
The straps also change significantly. Rather than the brushed steel mesh bracelet, the platinum-gold watches are worn on shiny alligator leather straps, accompanied by platinum-gold buckles. The material combination moves these watches firmly into a more luxurious interpretation of the Seamaster rather than simply being a precious-metal version of the steel model.
Guilloché In White Gold
The dials are arguably the defining feature of the platinum-gold versions.
Both are made from solid 18K white gold and decorated with guilloché before receiving their respective PVD treatments. The Bond version combines a gradient blue surface with a pattern inspired by the famous gun barrel, while the Spectre version uses a gradient from grey to black with an engraved octopus-inspired pattern.

The effect is significantly more intricate than the aluminium dials of the steel watches. Rather than simply changing the colour, OMEGA uses the construction and decoration of the dial to create a more sophisticated interpretation of each character.
The movements also receive dedicated rotors. The James Bond model uses a gun-barrel-inspired blue rotor, while the Spectre version features an octopus-shaped rotor in black and gold. On both, the emblem is executed in 18K Moonshine™ Gold.
These details make the limited sets feel less like two watches accompanied by accessories and more like complete interpretations of the two sides of the collection.

A Presentation Built Around 007
OMEGA extends the concept beyond the watches themselves. Each limited-edition set is delivered in a large presentation box containing both watches, together with an additional NATO strap and strap-changing tool, cufflinks, a cord bracelet, a loupe, a leather travel pouch and card holder, and a certificate of authenticity.

The James Bond set continues the 007 theme through its accessories. The strap keepers are engraved with the 007 logo and the travel pouch is finished in blue.
The Spectre set takes the opposite approach. Its strap keepers carry the Spectre emblem, while the cufflinks and cord bracelet follow the organisation’s visual identity. The travel pouch is black.
The result is a presentation that treats the two sets as complete Bond and Spectre experiences rather than simply as pairs of watches.

Bond Or Spectre?
The new Seamaster Diver 300M James Bond and Spectre Collection is unusual within OMEGA’s long history with the franchise because it does not simply celebrate 007. Instead, it acknowledges the opposing identity that has existed within the same fictional universe and gives it equal mechanical and aesthetic treatment.
At first glance, the choice is straightforward: blue waves, the gun barrel and the familiar Bond imagery on one side; black ceramic, a grained dial and the octopus emblem on the other. But beneath those differences, both watches remain the same 42 mm Seamaster Diver 300M, powered by the same Master Chronometer movement and built to the same 300-metre water-resistance standard.
The two limited sets take the concept further, pairing steel and platinum-gold watches and introducing solid 18K white-gold guilloché dials, dedicated rotors and an extensive set of accessories. Limited to 77 sets for each side, they represent the most elaborate expression of the collection.
Available from October 5, 2026, the stainless-steel James Bond and Spectre models are sold individually, while the two limited-edition sets are available only as complete pairs. The official price for each limited set is €88,500 including taxes.
For the first time, OMEGA is not asking whether the Seamaster belongs to Bond. It is asking which side of the story belongs on your wrist.
