The Small Second Serpentine (reference CH-8022R.2-STSE) presents a polished natural Serpentine stone main dial with a hand-guilloché small seconds subdial with fine sandblasted galvanic 5N finish. It comes in a two-tone stainless steel and 18ct red gold case with a green calfskin leather strap.

Both models feature a solid 17-part case, ground and polished, with a polished bezel with fluted decorative ring on the side and domed, double anti-reflective sapphire crystal. The screwed and satin-finished case back with sapphire crystal reveals the Chronoswiss manufacture caliber C.6000 automatic movement with 25 jewels, 4 Hz frequency and 55 hours of power reserve.
