Oris ProPilot Calibre 111: A Refined Icon For Modern Adventurers
Oris updates its ProPilot Calibre 111 with redesigned dial finishes, refined details and the brand’s hand-wound movement offering an impressive 10-day power reserve.
A redesigned version of the Oris ProPilot Calibre 111, bringing the latest design developments from the ProPilot Date to one of the collection’s flagship models. The result combines a more refined dial presentation with the aviation-inspired elements that have long defined the ProPilot range.
Available with a black or pine green dial, the new ProPilot Calibre 111 retains its robust proportions and distinctive oversized crown while introducing a more sophisticated interplay of textures. At its heart remains the in-house-designed, hand-wound Oris Calibre 111, offering a power reserve of 240 hours, equivalent to ten days.

A Familiar Design, Carefully Evolved
The redesign follows the recent update of the ProPilot Date, which introduced a series of changes intended to sharpen the collection’s appearance and improve everyday usability. Oris carries those design principles over to the ProPilot Calibre 111, refining the case and dial while preserving the model’s established identity.
The most noticeable change is the dial construction. The textured surface, inspired by nature, now takes a secondary role, surrounding and appearing through the main dial. The central area features vertical brushing, creating a more formal visual impression that complements the mechanical character of the watch.
Buyers can choose between black and pine green, offering two distinct interpretations of the revised design. Applied numerals and hands fitted with Super-LumiNova® support legibility, while the collection’s angled bezel fluting and oversized crown maintain its recognisable aviation-inspired character.

The Oris Calibre 111: Ten Days Of Autonomy
The defining feature of this ProPilot remains the Oris Calibre 111, an in-house-designed, hand-wound mechanical movement. Its 240-hour power reserve allows the watch to run for ten days on a full wind, offering an unusually long interval between winding sessions.
The remaining power is displayed through a non-linear power reserve indicator. Rather than moving at a constant rate across the scale, the indication is designed to show the remaining energy with increasing accuracy as the time to rewind the watch approaches.
The movement provides central hours and minutes, small seconds, a date display and the non-linear power reserve indication. Its hand-wound construction also makes winding part of the daily interaction with the watch.

Two Dial Colours And Two Strap Options
The redesigned ProPilot Calibre 111 is offered with either a black or pine green dial. Both versions combine the updated finishing with applied indices and hands incorporating Super-LumiNova®.
Oris offers a multi-piece stainless steel bracelet with the brand’s folding ‘LIFT’ clasp, or a dark brown Cordovan leather strap. The leather option features a seamless fit adjustment system and a stainless steel folding ‘LIFT’ clasp, providing an alternative to the metal bracelet without abandoning the collection’s focus on ergonomics.
The ‘LIFT’ clasp is one of the ProPilot range’s signature elements. Together with the seamless fit adjustment system on the leather strap, it reflects the practical refinements introduced across the collection.

A 43mm Stainless Steel Case
The watch is housed in a multi-piece stainless steel case measuring 43mm in diameter, 13.2mm thick and 51mm from lug to lug. A screw-in stainless steel crown contributes to its 10-bar water resistance, equivalent to 100 metres.
The domed sapphire crystal features an internal anti-reflective coating, while the screwed stainless steel case back incorporates a see-through sapphire window that reveals the movement.
These specifications preserve the substantial presence expected of an aviation-inspired sports watch while giving the updated dial a more refined appearance.

The result is a modern aviation-inspired watch that places mechanical autonomy and everyday practicality at the centre of its appeal.
