Kerbedanz Partners With 10Ten Labs For Two Exclusive Saudi-Inspired Editions

The Swiss Independent Watchmaker Unveils The 65’27’’ Khozama And MAXSPOR GR8 41mm Wahaj, Created Exclusively For The Saudi Retailer.

Kerbedanz has announced a new partnership with 10Ten Labs, a Saudi Arabian retailer specialising in independent watchmaking. Revealed during the inaugural Timeology Nights event in Riyadh, held from 9 to 13 October 2026, the collaboration introduces two exclusive creations inspired by Saudi Arabia: the 65’27’’ Khozama – 10Ten Labs Edition and the MAXSPOR GR8 41mm Wahaj – 10Ten Labs Edition.

The two watches approach the partnership from different directions. The Khozama features a natural charoite stone dial with distinctive purple tones, while the Wahaj introduces a warm salmon-coloured guilloché dial with Eastern Arabic-Indic numerals. Both were developed exclusively for 10Ten Labs, bringing together Swiss watchmaking craftsmanship and cultural inspiration drawn from Saudi Arabia.

A New Partnership In Saudi Arabia

Founded in Riyadh in 2021 by entrepreneur, investor and watch collector Khaled Zainalabedin, 10Ten Labs has established itself as a destination for independent watchmaking. Its offering combines a curated selection of watches with exclusive creations reflecting Saudi Arabia’s culture and heritage.

The partnership with Kerbedanz reflects a shared interest in individuality, rarity, craftsmanship and storytelling. For Kerbedanz, it also represents another step in its international development and its engagement with collectors and watchmaking communities in the region.

Both special editions were unveiled at Timeology Nights 2026, an event hosted at the Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh that brought together international watchmaking maisons, independent watchmakers, collectors and enthusiasts.

65’27’’ Khozama – 10Ten Labs Edition

The first creation is based on the 65’27’’ 38mm platform and draws its name and colour inspiration from Khozama, an Arabic name associated with lavender. Its defining feature is a natural charoite stone dial, displaying naturally occurring shades of violet, lavender and purple. As a natural material, the stone gives each dial its own visual character.

The watch is housed in a 38 mm Grade 5 titanium case, paired with a double-sided anti-reflective sapphire crystal. Its unusual time display is central to the identity of the 65’27’’ collection: the hour indication rotates concentrically, with an SLN marker acting as the hour hand, while a Breguet-style minute hand aligns above the hour marker.

According to Kerbedanz, the minute hand reveals the full radiance of the hour marker every 65 minutes and 27 seconds, giving the watch its distinctive name. Eastern Arabic-Indic numerals complete the dial design.

Powering the Khozama is the automatic KRB10 A calibre, featuring 25 jewels and operating at 28,800 vibrations per hour, or 4 Hz. The watch displays hours and minutes and is available with a rubber or alligator-leather strap, secured by a Grade 5 titanium medallion buckle.

The 65’27’’ Khozama – 10Ten Labs Edition has a recommended retail price of CHF 34,000, excluding taxes.

MAXSPOR GR8 41mm Wahaj – 10Ten Labs Edition

The second watch takes a different approach, building on the MAXSPOR GR8 41mm. Named after the Arabic word “Wahaj”, meaning radiance, the edition is distinguished by a salmon-coloured, open-worked guilloché dial. Its intricate decorative pattern plays with light, producing changing nuances of salmon, copper and rose depending on the surrounding conditions.

Eastern Arabic-Indic numerals reinforce the cultural identity of the design, while the contemporary case architecture preserves the bold character of the MAXSPOR GR8 collection.

The watch is housed in a Grade 5 titanium case measuring 41 × 50 mm, with a double-sided anti-reflective sapphire crystal and water resistance to 50 metres. Its automatic KRB14-2 calibre comprises 343 components and incorporates a chronograph, with a special balance wheel positioned on the dial side.

The movement operates at 28,800 vibrations per hour, or 4 Hz, and provides a 48-hour power reserve. Its functions include hours, minutes, seconds and a monopusher chronograph with a 30-minute counter.

A rubber strap with a titanium deployant buckle and interchangeable system completes the watch. The MAXSPOR GR8 41mm Wahaj – 10Ten Labs Edition has a recommended retail price of CHF 38,000, excluding taxes.

Two Watches, One Shared Vision

Although the Khozama and Wahaj differ significantly in appearance and function, both express the same creative ambition: to connect independent Swiss watchmaking with cultural references from Saudi Arabia.

The Khozama places the natural variations of charoite at the centre of its identity, complemented by Kerbedanz’s distinctive rotating hour indication. The Wahaj, meanwhile, combines a warm guilloché dial with a more technically oriented chronograph movement.

Both creations are exclusive to 10Ten Labs and reflect the retailer’s focus on distinctive independent watchmaking and projects that tell a specific story. Their unveiling at Timeology Nights also underlines the growing role of the Saudi market in the international independent watchmaking landscape.
