Beda’a Angles Mecaline London Edition: A Tribute to the Elizabeth Tower
A Mechanical Expression of London’s Iconic Clock Face, Interpreted Through the Angles Collection
The Beda’a Angles Mecaline London Edition marks a new cultural chapter for the independent Maison, unveiled during Hands on Horology in London on June 13. Limited to just 50 pieces, this special edition continues the success of the Angles collection while introducing a mechanical interpretation inspired by one of London’s most iconic landmarks — the Elizabeth Tower.
This release reflects Beda’a’s ongoing exploration of architectural and cultural storytelling through watchmaking, transforming familiar urban symbols into refined horological design language.

A 50-Piece Limited Edition Inspired By London
The Angles Mecaline London Edition is strictly limited to 50 pieces and will be available from August 2026. Built around the brand’s signature octagonal case architecture, this new interpretation preserves the identity of the Angles collection while introducing a deeper narrative connection to London’s architectural heritage.
The watch draws direct inspiration from the Elizabeth Tower and its globally recognised clock face, often referred to as Big Ben, reinterpreting its proportions, typography, and ornamental details into a compact mechanical wristwatch format.
Elizabeth Tower Reimagined On The Dial
At the heart of the design is a carefully constructed dial that echoes the visual identity of the Elizabeth Tower’s clock face. The Victorian Gothic numerals are faithfully reproduced and applied individually, capturing the historical character of the original design.
Surrounding the dial, engraved decorative motifs reference the floral and quatrefoil stonework found on the tower itself, adding depth and texture while reinforcing the architectural inspiration behind the piece. The result is a dial that functions as both time display and cultural reference.

Slim Case Architecture With Strong Identity
The Beda’a Angles Mecaline London Edition maintains the collection’s distinctive proportions, with a 37 mm stainless steel case measuring just 5.8 mm in thickness. This ultra-slim profile enhances wearability while preserving the geometric identity that defines the Angles design language.
Despite its minimal thickness, the watch retains strong visual presence, balancing modern restraint with architectural clarity. The sapphire crystal and refined finishing underline its contemporary execution.

Hand-Wound Mechanical Movement
Inside the watch is the Swiss ETA 7001 hand-wound calibre, operating at 21,600 vibrations per hour (3 Hz) with a power reserve of approximately 42 hours.
This movement choice reinforces the mechanical purity of the Angles Mecaline concept, focusing on slimness, reliability, and traditional watchmaking architecture. The small seconds display positioned at 6 o’clock adds balance to the dial composition.
A Focus On Minimalism And Heritage
The Angles Mecaline London Edition continues Beda’a’s approach of combining contemporary minimalism with cultural storytelling. Every design element — from numerals to textures — serves as a direct reference to London’s architectural identity.
Rather than simply reproducing the aesthetic of the Elizabeth Tower, the watch translates its essence into a modern wrist-worn object, maintaining clarity, proportion, and restraint.
